Technical digitizing,mastered for machines.
Details on commercial machine calibration, fabric pull-compensation, thread density, and file compatibility.

- What machine formats are supported for embroidery digitizing?
We output Tajima (.DST), Melco (.EXP), Barudan (.DAT/.DSB), Brother/Baby Lock (.PES), Janome (.JEF), Husqvarna (.VP3), and native Wilcom (.EMB) files.
- How do you adjust digitizing for different fabric substrates?
Every fabric has unique stretch and grain. We manually calibrate pull-compensation, stitch direction, and underlay structure specifically for your target substrate.
- Can you handle 3D puff embroidery digitizing?
Yes. We create specialized 3D foam programs with capped edges, heavy satin densities, and perforating travel stitches that cleanly cut excess foam.
- How do you handle small text and fine intricate details?
We adjust stitch type from satin to running or specialty micro-stitches for text under 5mm, preventing thread build-up, needle breakage, and fabric distortion.
- What if the design needs minor edits after running on machine?
We provide free revisions within 7 days. Simply describe the machine issue or send a photo of the sew-out, and we will refine the file immediately.
- Do you test-sew files before delivery?
Yes! Every digitizing file undergoes real studio test-sewing on commercial multi-head machines before customer release.
