- How do I know which service tier or digitizing format I need?
Simply upload your artwork and specify your fabric (structured caps, beanies, performance tees, jacket backs). Our senior digitizers analyze the graphic and choose the optimal underlay, pull-compensation, and stitch paths.
- What file formats do you deliver for embroidery and vector jobs?
For embroidery, we supply DST, PES, EMB, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX and all commercial machine formats. For vector art, we deliver layered AI, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PDF files.
- Do you offer rush turnaround for time-sensitive orders?
Yes! Standard turnaround is 12-24 hours. We offer 4-6 hour priority rush digitizing for same-day production requirements, with unlimited revisions included.
- Can you digitize complex designs with small micro-lettering or gradients?
Yes. We hand-punch every design with special micro-stitch techniques, ensuring text as small as 3mm stitches cleanly without birdnesting or thread breakage.
